About Me

I’m a Metallurgical and Materials sophomore at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

I was born and brought up in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and did my matriculation from A.D.L.S. Sunshine School and passed high school from D.A.V Public School,Bistupur. I have always been academically good, topping the class everytime( before college :p) but not quite good in sports. Hailing from a city like Jamshedpur, it’s quite obvious to be interested in Quizzing and I was not alike.

I developed my interest in programming after coming to college and learned some new technologies like Python, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Git, Ruby, R, MySQL, etc.

My personal interests include Quizzing, reading Novels, Gaming, Machine Learning, Open Souorce Development and Web Development. I love to watch Movies,TV Shows(Breaking Bad being my favourite) and listen to Music(A Led Zeppelin fan).

I am a active member of the Quizzing Section of IIT Roorkee.

I was a Web Developer at WatchOut! News Agency, the official news magazine of IIT Roorkee.

I was a Associate Member of Unnat Bharat Abhiyaan(UBA, IIT Roorkee), an MHRD initiate for the upliftment of rural areas.

Apart from technical activities,I play Badminton, Table Tennis and have recently developed an interest in Snooker and Billiards. I learn guitar in my freetime or read novels or watch some awesome movies and tv shows.
